Serge Phanord has been in administration, finance, and education for over twenty years.

He started his career in Wall Street. He has worked in the marketing of financial services and provided management consulting. Serge is recognized for his adaptability, flexibility, and professional contribution to profitability.

Serge is a purposeful person, knowledgeable with real estate, and has acquired experience in a variety of functions such as accounting and customer service. He is determined to originate mortgage loans on behalf of clients.

Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, he finished his primary education in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo and graduated high school in Montreal, Canada. He earned multiple Associate Degrees from Pace University and served in the U.S. Air force as a Reservist. Serge was awarded a BA from St Leo University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He is married to Juliette Altidor, and they have two sons, Sejul and Jusle Phanord.
